We'll begin with a Coaching Consultation to assess which program is best for you. Outline running history and tangible goals – short-term and long.
Just getting started? Seasoned local runner wanting to blow out your PBs? Moving up in distance to half or full marathon? Already got a few under your belt, but want to hit the qualifying standard for one of the Majors?
We can do that! Training will include sessions with other runners, all designed to make YOU faster!
